Each year, the Graham County Fair partners with local non-profit clubs and organizations to provide food and concessions at the Fairgrounds. These concession booths are a beloved part of the Fair experience and serve thousands of visitors during the four-day event.
For 2025, bids are being accepted for the North Concession and South Concession stands.

Saturday, October 11 | 10:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.
Sunday, October 12 | 12:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. (optional)
Awarded bidder must provide staffing, comply with Graham County Health Department requirements, and keep the booth open for all advertised hours. Deposits are refunded after the Fair if these conditions are met .

North Concession has limited power availability (60 amps). Any needs beyond this require the operator to provide their own generator. As with South Concession, all food safety and health standards must be met
