‍Choose Art Projects:
Select projects based on your students’ interests.

‍Student Art Creation:
Encourage your students to unleash their creativity.

‍Online Registration:
Register your class (not individual students) by Sunday, September 21 at 11:59 p.m. at graham.fairwire.com (see “How to Register Online” link above).

‍Prepare Artwork
Follow the guidelines in the Classroom Art Entries Instructions 2025.

‍Submission
‍Deliver entries to the office by Wednesday, September 24 at 3:00 p.m.
‍If you miss this deadline, you may bring them to the Parks Office on Friday, September 26 at 9:00 a.m.
No entries will be accepted after 12:00 p.m. on Friday, September 26.

Pick Up Artwork
On the last day of the fair (Sunday, October 12), a designated person from your school must pick up entries between 5:00–7:00 p.m.
