Graham County Fair Parade

NOTICE: DIRECTION OF PARADE ROUTE HAS CHANGED.
Parade travels down Main Street, west on 2nd Ave, then returns on 7th St.

Join us for a favorite Fall past-time, The Graham County Fair Parade, taking place on Friday, October 10, 2025, at 10 a.m. The parade will bring the community together to celebrate the spirit and theme of this year's fair, as colorful floats, marching bands, and decorated vehicles make their way down Main Street in Safford, Arizona.

Parade Route & Timing
The parade kicks off at 10 a.m. from the Courthouse and travels down Main Street, west on 2nd Ave, then returns on 7th St. Participants should be in place by 9 a.m., with the drop-off point at 10th Ave. and Main St. Please note that after 8:30 a.m., only vehicles involved in the parade will be allowed on Main Street, so plan your arrival accordingly.

This department is NOT for at home projects. TEACHERS: Please use your teacher email and school address. CLASSROOM ENTRIEY DEADLINE IS SUNDAY SEPTEMNER 21, 2025 AT 11:59 PMAll Other Online Entries will close on Sunday, September 28, 2025 at 11:59 PMEVERYONE MUST REGISTER AS A NEW EXHIBITOR EACH YEAR. INFORMATION FROM PREVIOUS YEARS HAS NOT BEEN SAVED. THERE WILL BE NO ON-SITE ENTRY REGISTRATION. Entry Identification: Each parade entry must clearly display the entry number on the front, right side. Floats should prominently feature the name of the sponsor, school, or class they represent.
Performance Time: Performances in front of the judges should be limited to one song to ensure the smooth flow of the parade.

Safety First: To keep everyone safe, throwing items like candy or toys from floats or vehicles is strictly prohibited. However, participants walking along the spectator boundaries may hand out items directly to the crowd.
