Fair Entries Are Now Open for the 99th Annual Graham County Fair

It’s time to show your best work, Gila Valley! Online entries for the 2025 Graham County Fair (October 9–12) are officially open. From livestock and field crops to foods, photography, arts, and crafts, there’s a department for everyone.

How to Enter (Step-by-Step)

1. Read the Fair Book
   Review rules and class details before you enter.

2. Register as a New Exhibitor
   All exhibitors must create a new account each year (previous info is not saved). There is no on-site registration.

3. Choose Your Department & Complete Your Entry
   Popular options include Art (Junior, Special Needs, Senior & Open), Photography, Foods, Home Economics (Jr./Sr./4-H), Field Crops, Horticulture, Floriculture, Rabbits, Poultry, Pigeons, Goats, Sheep, Swine, Beef Cattle (Jr./Sr./Open), Horse Show, plus contests like Rising Star and Window Display.

Key Deadlines

• Classroom Art Entries (Department Y – Teachers only):
  Sunday, September 21, 2025 at 11:59 p.m.
  (Teachers: use your school email and school address.)
• All Other Online Entries:
  Sunday, September 28, 2025 at 11:59 p.m.

Note: “Department Y – Classroom Art Entries” is only for teachers submitting school projects. At-home projects should be entered in the appropriate Art/Photography/Fine Arts departments.
